MOSKEN are the winners of the Frisian language song contest Liet 2020+1, beating completion from seven other acts.
The winners of the 2020+1 edition of Liet have been named, the final which took place last night saw MOSKEN take victory by six points over the second-placed act. You can listen to MOSKEN’s winning song below.
An additional award was given to Sample Text for the best Frisian text in a song for their entry “Underfining”, the award was presented by Culture deputy Sietske Poepjes.

- Sample Text – 26 points
- Bokke en de Heidehippers – 24 points
- BANT – 24 points
- Fegebart – 23 points
- Janneke de Boer – 12

What is Liet?
Liet is the Frisian language song contest which has been organised since 1991. The contest is the inspiration for Liet International, a song contest for minority and regional languages spoken across Europe.
