The design for the stage of the ABU TV Song Festival 2016 in Bali, Indonesia has been revealed today by TVRI.

TVRI the Indonesian national broadcaster has today revealed the design of the stage for the 5th ABU TV Song Festival this October. The stage will feature three large LED screens behind the performers, with one large screen on each side of the stage which will show the performance being broadcast live. The stage also features two catwalks from which presenters will introduce the acts, and can be used by the artists themselves.

The venue for this years ABU TV Song Festival is the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre in Bali, Indonesia. The setting for this years contest is not a purpose-built auditorium for performances as seen in previous years, but is instead one of the convention centre’s large meeting halls. The ABU TV Song Festival 2016 will be the second largest ABU TV Song Festival hosted to date. The largest festival was held in 2013 when a total of 15 countries took to the stage of the Hanoi Opera House in Vietnam.
