Isle of Man starts search for Pan Celtic Song Contest 2016

The Isle of Man has made a call for songs for the annual Arrane son Mannin competition which will select the dependencies participant for the Pan Celtic Song Contest 2016.

Organisers are calling for a new Manx language song in any style to participate in the contest. The rules state that groups must be no larger than 6 people and that the lyrics must be sung in a mixture of English and Manx. Entry forms must be submitted by this Friday to organisers, an entry form can be found here. The song including a copy of the lyrics and the music must be submitted by December 30th.

The final of Arrane son Mannin takes place on January 9 at the Peel Masonic Hall.
