Pelageya Stefoglo is aiming to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, having previously attempted to take part in the contest last year.
This years Moldovan participant in the Turkvision Song Contest has set her eyes on participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The singer is aiming to represent Moldova at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song “Mi Amor”.
“Mi Amor” has composed by Sakis Gravanis, with lyrics written by Vangelis Doukoutselis. The singer will be hoping to be shortlisted to compete in “O Melodie Pentru Europa”, the Moldovan selection show for Eurovision. You can see her first live performance below.
Pelageya will be performing the song “Yallah Yallah!” for Moldova at the Turkvision Song Contest. The song has been composed by Oleg Baralyuk, while the lyrics have been written by Gunesh. Gunesh represented Belarus at the Turkvision Song Contest 2013 where she finished 2nd.
Pelageya Stefoglo had taken part in the Gagauz selection process this year but was beaten by Yulia Arnaut. She was born on June 4, 1988 and has been performing since a young age. She graduated from music school, piano. Graduate of Russian Theoretical Lyceum Chisinau (Moldova). She took an active part in various festivals such as Star of Moldova and Star of the Chisinau.
