Here’s an explanation of how the winner of the Turkvision Song Contest 2020 will be decided this afternoon.
The winner of the 4th edition of the Turkvision Song Contest will be selected by 100% jury voting. Each of the twenty six countries and regions competing in the show is represented by one juror. The juries will be watching the show live along with viewers and will vote on the broadcasted performance.
Each juror can award between 1 and 10 points to each of the competing acts excluding their own. Jurors can award these points to as many acts as they like for example if they wish to award 10 points to more than one act they can.
The Chair of the Jury for this years contest is Gunesh who represented Belarus at the Turkvision Song Contest 2013 and finished 2nd. The jurors that have been announced ahead of the show are:

- Kyrgyzstan – Gulnur Satylganova
- Nogai – Ayna Cherkesova
- Northern Cyprus – Ertan Birinci
- North Macedonia – Erhan Hasip
- Poland – Dawid Szwajcowski
- Romania – Cengiz Erhan Kutluakay
- Russia – Leush Lyubich
- Serbia – Denis Mavrić
- Tatarstan – Damir Davletshin
- Turkey – Selim Gülgören

The jurors that have not been announced publicly so far are from:
- Azerbaijan
- Kazakh Uyghurs
- Kazakhstan
- Moldova
- Tuva
Fans of the Turkvision Song Contest will recognise that two of the jurors are artists who have previously competed at the contest. Ahmet Tuzlu represented Iraq at the 2013 and 2014 contest, while Cengiz Erhan Kutluakay represented Romania at the 2013 and 2014 contests as well.
